Should you decide to cancel your treatment package, a full refund will be issued within 30 calendar days upon written request, provided cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, a partial refund may apply. In cases of force majeure or medical necessity, full reimbursement is possible with documentation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
