You should ask hard questions about any clinic — including us. Three things to verify: Is the hospital independently accredited? (Ours holds JCI + TEMOS.) Is your surgeon board-certified? (We share full credentials before you book.) Is complication care covered? (Mandatory by Turkish law — we explain the policy upfront.) If a clinic dodges any of these, walk away.

Everything: the surgical procedure, hospital stay in a private suite, 4- or 5-star hotel accommodation, VIP airport transfers, all medications and post-operative garments, a personal patient coordinator, and 12 months of follow-up care including video check-ups with your surgeon.

Every MedProper surgeon is board-certified and trained at leading Turkish university hospitals. Before you book, you receive your surgeon's full profile — credentials, specialisation, and patient results. Your named surgeon performs the procedure personally. No bait and switch.

You have 24/7 WhatsApp access to your patient coordinator and scheduled video check-ups with your surgeon for 12 months. Mandatory complication insurance (Turkish Ministry of Health requirement) covers any revision procedures. You are never on your own after you leave Istanbul.
